Availability is the share of recorded probes in the window in which every probed component (web application, API and datastore) reported operational. A probe in which any component is degraded or unreachable counts against availability. Days with no probe data are excluded from the calculation and are displayed as "unknown" rather than assumed available.
These figures are self-recorded by PentSeal, not verified by a third-party monitor (attested: false). They are published as measured evidence, not as an attestation.
Target availability: 99.9% per calendar month, measured as successful probes / total probes, where a probe succeeds only if every probed component reports operational.
During the pilot there is no service-level agreement (see Terms §5). This figure is an internal engineering objective, not a contractual commitment, and the history below is self-recorded, not independently attested.
Probe cadence: 1 minute via an external uptime monitor; daily via a Vercel cron on the Hobby plan. History is retained for 90 days.
